about Obi Wan Kerisst
The shirt is now for sale! Hope you enjoy it.
After some input yesterday on my latest submission, here's a revised version:
Days are passing in the Threadless world. My third submission is out today. Actually it got declined at first... I guess the Threadless team don't mind me telling this:At first submission of the artwork I got a message that it was declined. The reason: it had nothing to do with the runnig "Loves Threadless" competition titled "If you speak any faster". Actually this came as quite a surprise to me since I did put some effort into making it for that theme (I admit: without taking the most obvious approach...). They suggested that I explained the connection and so I did. Now it's up running and you can judge yourself.
I just liked the idea of an insect built up from old beautiful electronic equipment and some majestic industrial elements. And I think I would even like to wear it on a shirt.
So I just learned a few details about t-shirt print and use of colours. Here's a 4 colour version of the Obi Wan shirt. Am I right?
After a few days in this community I'm starting to feel real comfy and at home here. A lot of great designers and illustrators and people speaking up, giving support, being constructive etc. Where's the snag? I'll just be naive and belive that there aren't any.
I may be a bit slow but I just found this site. It seems like a good place to stay so now I've moved in.
I'm implementing the running competitions in my subcontiousness and will try to create a submission or two in near future. My first one is allready submitted to the open category, pending. |

I haven't submitted any photos. I guess I don't want free money.
