Gift Certificate Modus Operandi
I'm getting a friend of mine a gift certificate. I would like it to arrive on her birthday (September 16th), but I'm uncertain as to whether it is going to be emailed to her or sent via snail mail. Obviously the mode of conveyance is going to determine when it reaches her. Help?

Are you going to see her? I did this for my friend last year, so I had the code mailed to me, printed the email and shoved it into her card.
