I'm doing a fully hand drawn 4 minute animation......I will be using animation paper and a light box, then taking photos of the drawings and placing them frame by frame in flash.
Does anyone know how to keep the distance and position of the drawings consistent?

You should look into a pegboard. you might rough it and tape off where your paper should be when you take the pictures. I dont see as much need for the pegboard if you are using a lightbox than if you weren't.

oh god. I just wrote out a whole tutorial of sorts on a pretty good method for this.

I might transcribe it here later.
