How do you find the Mens' Small fits as a girl? Very baggy or no?

Not really baggy. If you look at my profile picture, I'm wearing one. I'm usually a Medium with the girly tees, but I prefer the guys because they're made out of a thicker material, (they don't stretch out as easily) and they're longer.
