casual/business casual for me would be a simple button down shirt, long or short sleeve and a nice pair of jeans. Or maybe just a pair a jeans, a t-shirt and a sport coat.

for ladies i would think it would basically be something you would wear out to dinner or to church. nothing too fancy and not too revealing. i dont think heels are necessary... just dont wear big clunky sneakers.

yes. when sitting in a very low chair at a desk, your chest should act as paperweights.

Those would stink because my shoes come untied all the time, and I don't want my PANTS coming untied all the time! hehe
