The bottom Samurai reminds me of the brilliant actor Toshiro Mifune, from one of Kurasawa's films....Maybe the film Yojimbo (it's been such a while since I’ve seen any of his films I can't remember which!)

Mifune has been in quite a few of Kurasawa's movies, not just one.

Yeah Mifune is in like every Kurosawa film. Watch them all. Love them all. Buy the dvd box set.
