i have submited a design 3d befor,now,no any E-mail....am i fail?

designs are taking about 4-7 days to go up right now. You will receive an email if it's accepted or declined.

I submitted mine more than three days ago I think and haven't heard, so my guess is that it takes a bit. I'm sure they have lots correctly and incorrectly formatted designs to sort through so it takes a while. If you go to your account info it will say pending for your pending submissions.
