These things add up to one thing: I've had designs, but have had neither the money to purchase the appropriate program, nor the time, had I purchased the appropriate program, to turn my designs into something that all of you can enjoy.

I also don't have time to rate submissions any more either. Maybe this summer I'll have time to do all the stuffs, but to be honest, I just want to paint the chemistries on mah bag.
