What do u guys think of this? i never got enough criticism on iit and was wondering if it's bad

Sorry if this is an airheaded question but I'm curious as to whether submissions that dont get the 1.5+ after 100 votes are still part of the Loves Threadless competition submission list and would be considered by the judges....they dont make that very clear. :\
