Anyway, if this is legitimate (meaning threadless gave them permission to do so), are there any other sites selling threadless t-shirts that have been sold out on this site?

If it's just ripping off threadless, then... I'm a little concerned, especially since they're selling it for four dollars more than threadless.com =/
