so i bought my girlfriend-ish girl a dozen longstem roses because on thursday morning i pissed her off pretty good right before she left for bend. i didnt know what her favorite flower was, so i went with a classic.

my question is:

what are your favorite flowers/ what should you get someone for an occassion like this?

so, i am going to the deathcab/decemberists show in Bend on may 24. the next day is modest mouse. i dont know if i will be attending the MM. but i hope.

the modest mouse show doesnt list and opening/featured act, and i think since the sasquatch festival is going on during this time, perhaps there will be a cool band playing with them. i hope.

so i just finished the book, American Gods.

it was very cool, and strange. the idea behind the book, i believe, was quite brilliant. props to the author. if you like fun and cool and slightly fantasy(but not dragons or wizards) books, you should maybe check it out.

are there any designs of mice out there? i was thinking about one, but wouldnt want to copycat on anyone..

well, i just got back from watching Juno, and i must say i enjoyed myself. it was funny, but at times seemed like the jokes were forced. Juno was a "Feel good" type movie, and i left the theatre feeling quite jovial. if anything, i felt like i never want to have premarital sex and i am thankful that i haven't made anyone preggers.
