Check out Digg's spy page.

Notice how the entries pop in at the top in real time
thus scrolling down the previous entries. That's
exactly how Threadless' Blog Forum first page should
work. Threadless should keep the static pages too,
but there should be a "waterfalling" page at the very
beginning.

You could have a waterfall page for just

brand new blogs and another waterfall

page for listing blogs that just received

a comment.

well, i think threadless is starting to use a bit of ajax...so they could do this theoretically. but...like it was said before, blogs are updated so fast around here it just might be nuts...technically, i do like the idea. never really seen a forum with that before.

And Threadless could put in a speed control

so you could determine how fast or slow the

"waterfall" would be.
