I have been trying to buy new shoes for a damn YEAR and every time I find something I like it immediately sells out. Also, I hate everything. However, I'm going to try again, but I'm kinda stuck.

I'm kind of leaning towards the second ones because I think they'd look better with jeans (and be, you know, a different color than my pants), but would I just be getting ugly shoes?

Should I just scrap this idea entirely?

OH MY GOD I HATE BUYING SHOES. I just want a new version of my old ones :(

Also, my mother bought a macbook today so I will be spending the rest of the summer on tech support duty. Wonderful.

I haven't bought everyday shoes since high school. I bought fancier shoes freshman year in college and my dad got me hiking shoes two summers ago.

i personally prefer the blue coloring of the first shoe, but the gold foily looking trim makes it a no-go.

but i think you already decided to get #2, so no difference has been made

omg! see, chris, this is why we should be a team.

aw, neither do mine, kevin, since MY sandals broke right when I got on the bus at school. Man, that was an awesome walk around the city. I got all of these "why the fuck are you carrying one of your shoe in your hand?" looks.

also, am I the only person that hates most clothing? Like, unless I really love something, I have ZERO desire to buy it or wear it. Shopping is really frustrating. I don't want to hate everything :( Probably a lot of it would look good.

yeah, I like articles of clothing but not in the sense that I think I'd look good in them or that I'd want to spend money on them.
