Holy crap. It's only taken 20 or so days, but the Threadcakes Gallery has officially launched and it is AWESOME.

Wow, the competition definitely got better this year.
Haha I love that someone did A Piece of Cake (the obvious choice), and they fixed the height so it no longer looks like pie!

Also, I was thinking, shouldn't the entries earn some ST points since they are basically advertising the shirt?

Duracell, there may be some participation points doled out at the end of the contest; we did it last year, but that's Threadless' call.

Everyone nervous: remember there's a fun 2D category, and remember that we have some other secret prizes that we'll be releasing too, just for participating, so submit your tasty cakes no matter how disfigured they are!

wow! These look amazing... after looking through them all the "She'll Never Realize" one is my favorite. It was one of my first shirts ever bought here! Fondant icing is just incredible-looking.

i love reading the comments under the pictures. it especially pleases me when someone has a hard time w/ their cake because they thought it was going to be easy, but in the end it all tastes good anyhow. also, the ppl who are obviously not professional cake bakers/decorators have a special place in my heart.
