Last night I was trying to submit a new design, but I kept getting an error message stating that my SWF file, "wasn't an .swf or .gif". Well, I knew that it was, so I just thought the website was having troubles. I tried several times, but it never seemed to go through. I stopped trying for the night. This morning I checked my email to see if a submission confirmation had been sent, just in case it had actually gone through, but there was nothing in my inbox. I logged-in to my Threadless account and clicked the "Designs" tab, and the design didn't appear as "Pending". So I decided that the website had problems last night, and I decided to try again tonight. But tonight I kept getting that same error that the file was not an SWF or GIF. Finally, after about the third try, it seemed to go through. I clicked the "View your profile" link and then clicked the "designs" tab and was shocked to see that the design was posted TWICE!. Tonight I discovered that the design tab under my account is DIFFERENT than the design tab under my profile. One shows "pending" while the other does not. So my design now appears twice under my profile. I sent an email to Threadless asking them to remove the duplicate submission, but I feel terrible that it happened. Has anyone else had this problem?
