I have spent 232.50 United States Dollars on 16 t-shirts in the past year. That works out to be 374.031 New Zealand Dollars based on the current exchange rates.

NEARLY $400! True, if I buy something somewhat designerish - like a good pair of jeans and a sweet hody, I'd be looking at about $280 for both... BUT $370 on t-shirts!!!

Good things my parents don't see my budget anymore.

What about you guys? Have you got the addiction as well?

i generally fear running my total, although i don't have the exchange rate and shipping issues as you, i fear its higher than i'd like to admit to myself...

I got my first shirts about a month ago, and I got 3 more today. I'm up to 5 in a little over a month. But, I got them all durring 10 dollar sales and used $24 in STP today. So I think I've only actually spent around 35 bucks so far on 5 shirts. NOT BAD!

yeah i'm been uber conservative in getting shirts. i've only gotten 3 shirts since i joined. only if a design REALLY grabs my eye or i really like, then i would get it. plus, i really wont get it unless it's on sale cuz i'm a poor unemployed college grad.

I have 12 threadless tees so thats $15 each but i mean thats wrong because I got some in the sales but assuming I didnt that $180 but thanks to the glorious exchange rate £97 on tees.

To get that many tees here it would cost me about £240 which is $441.

I haven't made any purchases recently, but since march 05 I've bought 48 tees for myself and 3 as presents, so 51 tees rounds up roughly an average of 1 tee per week.

I've gotten over it though now.

Yeh, the shipping costs are what kill us over here in the Oceana. (Aus/NZ).

uhh.. just look at how many shirts I own--then you can truly understand what a threadless addiction is.

i'm just curious how one can afford so many shirts. or even wear/own X many tshirts w/o other variety in other types of clothes.

I just did the math, and at this rate I will have up to 84 T's in 12 months. Although, full price rarely, so I don't know the total cost.

I think my total is something like $1100.

I've spent $816.38 on 47 shirts, including shipping, a hoody and 12 month membership since July 1st, 2005. That works out to less than $17.37/shirt. Pretty cheap if you ask me, especially considering how much I have to pay for shipping.

I'm grounded from Threadless, but my kind brother lets me use his credit card for shirts now. And if my parents knew I was on here, they would kill me.

But hey, I'm an addict.

I've bought 6. All were bought on 10 dollar day sales except for the Communist Party shirt which was the full price. That shirt is so kickass.

oh hell yes. I mean, I love t-shirts, more than I would readily admit to any of my friends. They just don't quite understand my enthusiasm and semingly endless dedication to eating rice and soy sauce for a month so that I can get a new t-shirt...and I'm really possessive of threadless t-shirts too.

Example: I kind of assumed that I knew most of the threadless wearers in my (not so small, but very New Zealand) town so when I see someone wearing a threadless tee, I get very bexcited...unless it's a design that I myself have...then I get shouty and pointy. It's an embarrassing problem. I'm working on it.
