  • when you buy a gift certificate are you given an electronic code/voucher or is it a hard-copy one that is posted? Because being on the other side of the world I won't receive anything via mail before Christmas, but if it's all online this would be great.

  • ugh, why are the girls shirts so long?? Shirts stretch anyway and after a few washes that's going to look more like a dress than a shirt. I can't see any reason why that couldn't be two inches shorter.
