I don't know anything about what any of this is, but this shirt caught my eye because of it's name. I swore I heard that somewhere, and it took me nearly two hours to think of it - from the Seinfeld episode where George is playing Trivial Pursuit with the "Bubble Boy" and the answer to one of the questions is supposed to be "the Moors", but the misprinted card says "Moops", leading to a confrontation...and well, I don't want to spoil the ending.

But anyway, I don't know what Moops really is, but that's where *I* heard it, so if anyone else is stumped in the same fashion, hopefully this was helpful.
