this is pretty sweet. You might wanna mess with some of those swirls though, they should flow a little better with the movement of the arms.

Plus... the "an eye for and eye" slogan is very thoughtful and philosophical and all, but your design doesn't really illustrate this for me. After all, it isn't "an eye for a pair of swirly blue arms and a tablet in original Akkadian cuneiforms".
Sorry. Forgive me. That was harsh. I do really like where you're going with this.
