about F*ck It
Just to say I ordered loads of stuff as gifts, but out of 6 girls shirts ordered, 4 have turned up in the wrong size.

Especially not good as I am in the UK and it will cost a fortune to send things back, on top of the fortune I have already paid in postage charges and UK customs and clearnece fees.

Boo, Hiss! Get it together, threadless!

(And yes, I have emailed customer services. I just wanted to share my irritation with a wider audience. I ordered 14 boys shirts for various people, and their sizes are all fine - most of the wrong shirts were for me, I can't wear them!!! Oh, I am cross!!! The F*ck it t-shirt I ordered for myself would perfectly fit my mood, but I CAN"T WEAR IT AS THEY"VE SENT THE WRONG SIZE).

"Nude No More"?, Nude Still here in the UK, I'm afraid.

threadless has great service and will do all they can to help you. you just don't have patience and the more you moan and groan about it, the less generous they will be.

FYI, Pinkerton, the shirts they have sent are actually TOO LARGE. Thanks for the assumption, says a lot about you. I suppose you will now tell me to put some weight on.

Out of 11 girly tees I've never been sent the wrong size. And Threadless' postage to the UK is actually really cheap. I once bought something from cottonfactory.com, it was shipped through Fed Ex so it cost me about £20 to get it here in the first place, and then after it came they sent me another bill for £20 for customs fees and their 'administration' fees. The only thing they administer is the growth of their bank balance.

Customs is a bitch. If you order them in smaller numbers you probably won't be caught by them. I've managed to sneak 2 and 4 though them without being charged, but I just got charged when I ordered 5. Anyway, you can get a refund from them if you tell them that you're sending the stuff back.

I may well be a bit new to the threadless 'scene' but I've never been sent the wrong size, and I don't think that the postage prices are bad at all, going by what other sites charge, and that y'know, they are sending t-shirts thousands of miles, and by plane no less. I haven't had to pay any customs fees yet, but 3 is the most tees I've got in one order.

they've got a sizing guide on the site, perhaps you should use it?

or did you mean that you ordered a medium and they sent a large?

Hey

Rant over, as I have just had the best email from the customer services team - they have done some nice things for me, and now I am pleased.

Sam

P.S. just so you all know, I did check the size guide out before I ordered, I'm not a complete numpty. I ordered a small and was sent a medium, however it's all fixed now.
