i'm confused

about The Skies Are Full Of Strange Things

isn't there a rule about no halftone dots? isn't that what this is?? is there some kind of way to get around this?? i really like this work, and i'm just wondering if you have to go about a certain way to get this look - in order for it to be printable.

The dots are large enough in the design where it is ok. It's more of an effect than an actual printing method in this case.

Yeah some people just submit what are basically pictures. And in THEORY thos pictures are made up of tiny tiny little dots right? Right? Yeah those are the kind that they don't want, these are visibly big enough to not be a problem.
