threadless confusion

this was submitted around the beginning of 2005 and recieved a 2.89-----how high does the score need to be or does it just depend on the whims of the threadless ppl in charge. and why is this one so late to win.

2.89 is not that low. the highest score ever is 3.82 i think. score doesnt matter as much as how many id buy its, and the comments on the shirt itself

Here's how we pick designs: We look at the top 300 designs every month and pick out 10-20 designs that we want to print based off of the designs score, comments, and the number of i'd buy it's. Ultimately the decision of which shirts get printed are left up to us. The scoring system helps give us a general idea of which designs our customers want.

Also as for timing... it doesn't really matter when it was submitted. We've printed a few designs that ended scoring over a year ago.
