I think you should have a thread before this one asking for feedback before designs are up for scoring. If you want some honest feedback, I wouldn't expect these designs to go to print. It looks like you've traced a bunch of stuff, there isn't a great concept behind either of them.
First things first, you need a great idea. Look at your work and then look at whats gets printed, you need to have a critical and realistic eye. When you've got a good idea, think carefully about how you want to represent the idea.
