Where do you Threadless peeps stand on the ground of shirts having something printed on the back? My friend really wanted me to add something on the back of my shirt design, Conjuring Creatures because he's not a fan of just plain-jane center composition designs. He likes things on the side's instead, or off center.
I don't feel that adding a back to the shirt (version 1 vs version 2) really takes away from anything.. but adds more. Yet everyone says not to have a back on it? Maybe this is due to the presentation of the back of the shirt is less aesthetic than the version 1 image uploaded, but I'm not sure. What I really want to know is, do you like shirts with things printed on the back? My friend really likes how it allures to the front, yet the feedback I've received here makes me wonder.
Fine I decided to make a Flickr and upload pictures to it.. as much as I don't like Yahoo, you guys have won ;P
Also, if I'm making this might as well ask.. how long does it typically take to find out if a shirt got approved/rejected for print once the voting is over? Like 90 days or something? *shrug*
Seem to be having a problem with uploading my shirt, wanted to promote it on my birthday.. hopefully this time it works... *crosses fingers*
also if you want something critiqued post a link to it and i'll leave one.. something to do while I wait for my shirt to be up ;P
Arg I'm torn, should I go with a tongue, or no tongue?
Comments would be appreciated :(
great, so i uploaded my first product today, and of course, something goes wrong.
the colored background looks so much better than that ugly white one... |
