So this month I thought heck. I'm a lazy bastard. I don't do half of what I should and even then it's not that great. So I thought about what I liked doing and I figured that drawing is what I like most. Now as a person who loves drawing, I figured I should be doing a lot more than one doodle now and then, and really I should try to make something every day.
So I've been trying to stick to this, and part of this has been posting to threadless. I've put up two designs recently, both towards the Threadless plays with loves itself contest (I don't honestly know how the Keep it Cool one got in there... not really very different :( )

Now I see I can put one more try into that competition. But it's so hard to decide what to do! Looking for an idea is awful, because in reality the idea is out looking for you. I'm going to take as much time as I can with this one, and then do my best. :) Should be fun anyway

So point is, how do you come across your ideas? Do you toil for hours in a darkened room for that perfect shirt or does it just come out of the blue?
