Just as politics were becoming curiouser and curiouser, Alice fell deep into yet another rabbit hole... America in Wonderland... where she believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast. In her dream she was given a potion that shrunk her down to the 'Stature' of Liberty, Uncle Sam was Mad as a Hatter, the Democrat Donkey was as unpredictable as a March Hare, and the Republican Elephant bore the sinister smile of a Cheshire Cat. When asked to join the Tea Party Alice remarked, "But I don't want to go among mad people,". "Oh, you can't help that," said the Republican Elephant: "we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad." "How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice. "You must be," said the Republican Elephant, "or you wouldn't have come here." Don't know how much they accomplished for their constituents on that fractious day, but there they sat to enjoy their 'Texas Tea' and apple pie! Vote "America in Wonderland" to be elected for print on Threadless! Thank you!!
Last to leave shore before a hurricane hits and the first of wildlife to return, the Ibis is one tough bird. Here, Sebastian the Ibis' bravery is honored on a shield to lead the fight of his team, the Miami Hurricanes. The shield is also a reference to a city that is known for its nightlife, fashion, and luxury living.
