Wow it's really great when people rip off graphics forom a snowboard company.

How about posting the "orginal" graphic to help your statement?

go to missionsix.com. l cant find a picture, but the eagle on that shirt does look very much like their logo bird.

Whoa, you're right. That's pretty weak. But to be fair, even if it wasn't a rip off I would've thought this shirt was lame.

last time i checked, you only have to change a piece of art like 15-20% for it to be rightfully yours, even if the original is copyrighted.

I didn't read anyone saying this was an actionable copyright violation - just kind of a lame ripoff of another's artwork. Obviously different people will have different opinions as to what constitutes artistic integrity.

yea ... i don't think that's much of a rip off - bird logo marks like that are very common.

Skaw: Yeah, but if you look at the Mission Six eagle - it's EXACTLY the same. For all I know Mission Six got it from some royalty free thing like you linked to. It's not really a big deal to me, I think everybody has borrowed and modified pre-existing illustration elements at some point, which I'm totally cool with, but it is a little different here seeing as how it's the company's logo and it is the primary design element on the shirt. Whether or not this shirt "crosses the line" is subjective I admit.
