Help a Friend - Thanks everyone!

A close friend of mine, Matthew Kelly, was in a very serious accident. He was hit by a semi while riding his bike and has suffered serious injuries to the lower half of his body. Already having undergone multiple surgeries, Matt is still in bad shape and the real surgery has yet to come.

The pokemon have all been sold. Thanks for all your help! You guys rock! I'll leave the link up for those who would still like to donate. But thanks everyone, you have already done so much and I love you all. Threadless is full of love.

Man I'm sorry about your friend, that sucks.

I want to buy one but right now I cant promise anything (still waiting for pay day, which is christmas eve) but I'll help spread the word.

Have you thought about doing the social media thing? like setting up a website, submitting it to digg, stumble up on, reddit those kinds of websites?

and what about getting prints made? then putting them up for sale?

you could run a competition, whoever donates the most (set up a pay pal account) gets an injured pokemon of their choice.

Just some ideas, I know your medical system is serriously expensive, espically for something that takes a long time to recover from.

Justin, send a message to this guy on facebook Donte Larry about this, he created a facebook event getting people to change their profile photos to pokemon (its still going on), the groups up to 96,935 people, ask him to send a message out about it and the fact your selling injured pokemon art.

That might serriously boost the auction.

Those are some great ideas stubby thanks for that link. Sometimes the social networking stuff can be overwhelming to keep up with and spread the word but it's definitely a good way to distract oneself. Thanks for your help man
