yea it sucks ass so hard we had been talkin bout gettin a house and gettin married then bam out of the blue she justs breaks up with me and leaves and wont even tell me why and she stole my moneys

Todie, i dont want to do anything i'll regret either but i just want to stop crying at least for a little bit ya know.

I wonder if having casual sex will help distract me. Anyone know? Anyone been down that route? Although, i dont think that's probably a good idea. I'd probably regret that.

anyway. I was pretty crushed when I got dumped, but it was a shitty relationship and it had been coming a long time anyway. Basically the entire week afterwards I did what I could to keep my mind off of it, and enjoy myself by doing fun things.
Also it helped, in my case, knowing that he was a retarded douche-face. Forrizzle.

i never not feel like crap but i drink nonstop basically and smoke like crazy like im about to leave work and im kinda drunk cuz i have been takin shots behind the counter almost all day

sorry you feel bad. :(

it will take time. in the meantime, try to do something positive, for someone who might be down-and-out as well. do things that make you happy. try to get out of the house. go for walks. call your friends. bake things for people. go to an old folks home and see if there's anyone who's lonely and might enjoy some company once in awhile.
