This is a design i'm working on (its up in critique) and i'm trying to decide about what gradients are allowed. are three color gradients allowed? how about gradients on color? see below.

Gradient outline


vivid pale palette


faint pale palette


gradient over pale palette


last option would be solid outline only but i know thats possible.

i honestly dont know which ones are possible.

other question would be would you throw in some background grunge or something with the gradient on top, but dont know if thats possible.

am i the only kid who read Highlights?

Looking for feedback about inking, shirt color, style before i submit. Should I have text on the shirt? Poet's names? Can you tell who they are? Should I put Poetic Justice banner on the top like a comic book cover? Thanks for any advice.

I made this for a friend but i never posted a high rez image of one of my current designs found here, so i figured i'd post this and ask for some feedback.
