Its not the EXACT same, so i dont think they could do anything about it anyways. There are a lot of shirts out there that are almost the same.

I think it's a pretty blatant ripoff -- yeah, maybe the concept wasn't brand spanking new, but the Hot Topic version is too similar to not be a copy. Just my $0.02 here ...

I was just about to post this.

It seriously pisses me off, I don't know how people can be so stupid as to just directly rip off someone else's design and sell it for themselves!
