so my mentor in highschool and dear friend is color blind
so i want to get him this shirt since it was reprinted and im hoping to see him at the end of april and since he's leaving the school he taught me at i wanted to get him a little going away present

here's the deal though

im kind of clueless as to what size to get him

i mean my brother in my gallery wears a guys medium unshrunken, but once theyre washed theyre too small so he tried going up to a large (he's like 5 ft 5 and average weight)
but that was too big so he hardly wears that shirt

im thinking i should get my teacher an XL since it will shrink and he's a bigger man
but i dont think he's quite XL but im afraid the Large will be too small
but i dont want to get an XL and it be ginormous and or offend him since he's not like huge

ugh

*note in this pic we were standing sort of like on a slope...i think he's around 5-10 or so...but i could be totally off

an xl would probably be good. I would think so atleast. I think he'd understand that you were playing it safe, and not thinking that he's some huge fatass or anything.

Plus guys aren't like whiny about that sort of stuff like girls are. We're cool like that.

hahaha i hate trying to buy clothes for people who are a little bit over average weight

if you go too small they will feel big

if you buy them too large of clothing they are like 'how fat do you think i am?!'

I'd go for the XL and tell him they shrink. I'd much rather have a tee that's too big than too small... especially if I was a little chubbly.

my dads about 6'3" and looks like the same body build... i never saw him wear the shirt but when i got him an XL he said it was too small for him to wear... so id go with a 2XL and hope it shrinks

I think you should go with the XL, since it'll probably shrink (like you said) - and even if it doesn't, it seems like most guys would rather wear a shirt that's a little big than one that's too small.

I thought he was cute too. :)

How about if you measure him? That will solve the problem

I would go with an 2XL.

Explain they shrink a lot and if it doesn't fit you can get him a different size.

You seem like you are close with him, so I am sure it wont offend him.

go 2x. I generally wear XL...but threadless tends to run a bit smaller so I end up with 2X. Unless he wears tighter "athletic fit" shirts normally

2x. I consider myself to be in shape, but I need a 2x

I look at you and I think "awww, this girl looks like an honest sweethearted girl...that would stick a knife in my heart just to see how sharp the blade is"

"Kron" is either a barbarian warlord or leetspeak for Karen-pron.

Either way, it sounds like an awesome obsession for D&D playing manboys!

I want to soak Kerrn in vodka and consume her.

I like how you sign every post, ever. It's endearing.

Karen, baby, I would totally not make out with you, cause that's Kevin's job; and I totally wouldn't think about it, cause Kevin would be upset with me; but, baby, I would totally maybe sort of half think about it in the wee hours of the night when I was caught between slumber and thought.

Kerrn I want you to know that I like how you put '-k.' at the end of every comment no matter how short, long or how many times you comment in the same blog.

You're consistent and that's a good thing

You know it's not credible unless I say it, DURGH.

You MAY be a dildo farmer, but you're totally not a ho.
