Holy College

So i'm in the processes of getting into college and doing all
this stuff and trying to figure out finacial aid and getting as much money as i can to help me, but my mom keeps telling me i can't go and its too soon and i wont have enough money WTF !! arn't parent suppose to be the ones pushing their children to go to college ..not telling them they can't??

mine told me to only apply to community college and then go from there.

I got into columbia full scholarship, well, I owe about 20K in loans now. Not bad for ivy league.

PArent's don't know a damn thing and most just want to fuck you up so they'll be better than you and can lament about how you failed despite all that they did for you.

I may be a bit biased though.

But ignore them, and do what's right for you.

And RB - it' hard work, and harder with someone telling you you can't do it, but you can and trust me - well worth it. There is a lot of college monies out there, and the more money a college has the more they theoretically can give to you - a theory that at least worked in my case.
