Can someone tell me why it's a bad thing to ask for crits in the sub zone? That seems totally arbitrary and wrong. Any comments on a design helps the sub, If someone actually makes a thoughtful crit, that's designer gold in my opinion. Asking for the same in return is not bad manners. I always check my subs and see if others who have responded to my design want crits, and I don't care what zone I'm in. One of the great things about this site is the support we give each other, and even at that a lot of great designs don't get printed. Getting designers to look at each others work and getting to know each other is really the point here. At least in my opinion. What do you think?

To help me battle the restlessness of being unemployed I busted out my old Super NES. I'm knee deep in Super Mario World again, which is a gas, but almost done with it. Does anybody have any suggestions for other scroll games for the NES. I also have Zelda, Equinox and EWJ.

What other activities are people doing during there time in the unemployment hole?
