i really just did it quick as proof of concept.

"a good concept poorly executed can always be improved upon, not the other way around." :)

but if he saw it and used the concept for a contest i think that is a bit weak.

I guy made a shirt that was a good concept but slightly lacking. Another guy improved on that design and as a result, produced a shirt that alot of people enjoy.

If the original designer is offended, then the 2nd. guy should apologize and pay him all the credit.

If he's not, then no one else should be either.

Just my oppinion.

the idea behind the design is pretty obvious maybe the winning designer saw the other submission maybe they didn't ... who knows who cares.
