I've taken a photo in a themeparc (Efteling - Holland) of their little mermaid statue. I've traced the photo for practice on my new Wacom pen tablet. But now I've been working on it and I feel it's more and more becoming design worthy. I put it up for critique and made a blog, but I'm hesitating if I should sub...

Now I'm wondering if I can actually sub it, or is that copyright infringement? The little mermaid fairytale can be used of course, and I made the photo myself. But the statue is still recognizable as that particular one. Does anyone know this?
