the other day, i bought some pants. the original tag said 80 some odd dollars, but this was cheap-o-store and they were only about 5 percent of that, and they look and feel great, so i bought em.

and then today, i see that the tag says dry clean only.
that's gotta be like, just a recommendation, right? or do they really expect me to pay someone to wash these for me? :(

well you can send them to me. i'll have them dry cleaned for free by my mom's friend and then send them back. but you have to pay all the shipping.

Well, read what they're made of. They'll probably feel better for longer if you dry clean them

65 % polyester, 35 rayon. whatever that means.

It's probably okay to wash them (in cold water) But I wouldn't toss em in the dryer. Hang em out to dry.

Why the hell do I know this stuff?

I'd be tempted to wash them on a gentle/delicate wash, and see how they go. Shape them while still wet, and dry flat. I've bought stuff before that's said dry clean only, and I never dry clean anything.

they are entirely synthetic...so unless you bought them used, they will probably shrink mucho in the dryer...

maybe i just made that up
