An idea I had awhile back that I thought I'd work up for the Travel comp. There are so many great, expressive designs already, I thought I'd try something a bit more simple. Any suggestions? Worth subbing?

I was thinking of calling it "Playtime with Mummy and Dad", but would be open to a better title if anyone has a suggestion.

So I'm listing some pin badges up on Etsy, and don't know what I should charge for them or for the shipping.

I was thinking like $2.50 + $1.00 s/h should cover it, though international shipping would need to be higher, I guess?

Does that sound reasonable?

Any thoughts?

Design a Simpsons character

So for a client project, I need to be able to generate audio waveforms at a print resolution for part of some packaging. Does anyone know a good way to do that? I'm guessing there's probably some way in illustrator, but my attempts so far have not been overly successfuly.

Or does anyone happen to have a source for some large images of soundwaves that are cheap/free?

The design I've been working on for the Geeks competition for the past week is already up for scoring!





I really wanted to get away from the negative, Poindexter-ish view of geeks that most of the other subs have focused on, and really showcase some of the positive attributes including creativity, determination and the quest for knowledge and understanding.

It's also a sequel to my first Threadless print "A Voyage of Discovery".
