Design a character for the Simpsons!

Design a character for the Simpsons 20th Anniversary special! In addition to drawing him/her you also get to give them a name, job, description, catchphrase and lots of other fun stuff. Deadline is Sunday though, so hurry up!

I don't have time to participate in this one, but if you do, be sure to post your character here, so I can see it and live vicariously through your awesomeness.
