I've ordered from Threadless before, yet never have I been so disappointed with the quality of the shirt I received.

Looking at the shirt, it seems as though I've been given a shirt that didn't meet with quality standards! The white printing is infact a cream colour, the further down the top the printing gets, the more faded it gets as well! Near to the bottom of the shirt you can quite clearly see where the print hasn't properly transferred and so what actually IS there is a cream / black speckle.

Living in the UK, it takes quite a while for the shirts to arrive, and so you can imagine my disappointment, when having waited for a month, and then returning the shirts, to then wait another month for the replacement shirts to arrive, I find that the shirts are of an unsatisfactory quality.

As I said I have had no previous problems with Threadless, and to date still happily wear the other tops I have bought from them. Has anyone else had similar issues with other tops? Also, is there anything I can do about this?

P.S. When I returned the shirts, I returned three in total, having just received the package again, there only appears to be two shirts. I know that the other one went out of print during the time it took for the package to be sent back, so what happens now? Will I receive credit? Will they refund my money? Or will they perhaps send me a different top?

Sorry for this post to be such a negative one, I hope that you haven't suffered too much in reading it!

Hey there! Sorry that your tee didn't turn out as you'd expect. If you ever have issues with an order, or with something on the blogs, or maybe you just want to say hi you can always email our CS team at service@threadless.com .

While your tee may look a little different from the product picture, it's probably not damaged. Each of our screen printed tees is printed by a hand guided machine. Because of this the ink can be less thick in some areas than others. This can be especially obvious with light inks on dark tees. Because of our printing process, no two tees are going to look exactly alike. We think it makes them unique, but we definitely understand if it isn't right for you.

If you haven't returned this tee already we can refund you for your return shipping. Fill out the return form, include your shipping receipt, and send it back to us. Please return via regular mail. We cannot reimburse express shipping (Next Day, 2 Day, etc). When we receive it, we will reimburse the shipping cost.

As for your return, you should have received an email from us about it. You might check your spam folder for the email. If an item is out of stock and you haven't marked that you want a refund, we'll give you Threadless credit for it, which comes in the form of a code. If you aren't able to find the email from us, let our CS team know and they'll track it down for you.

Many thanks for the prompt reply! As I said, never had a problem with you guys before, and have always promoted you to my friends over here in the UK! I will continue to do so, as I think Threadless is an amazing site! I just wish you had a UK base of operations! :P
