Jpiatt's mr and little miss sub reminded me of these but I can't remember what they're called ...
They were fuzzballs with two googly eyes and felt feet. Sometimes they were sticky so you could stick them somewhere but some were magnets. And sometimes, they had a white ribbon attached with some lil happy saying about life. My grandma had them all over her fridge when I was growing up so it was around the late 80s but they could have been really old. What were these? Or even a photo of one? Cuz I can't find one yet.
Which one is better, more interesting, fun and stuff?
or is it just a matter of tastes? Last time when I went to the Art Institute, I found the photography exhibits to be the most memorable ... for me anyway.

Every year without fail, the amazing folks in advertising and at the print facility seem to mess up the size of a magazine I need to put together. It's really simple people! Finish size - Image area - bleeds -- that's all I need to know! And getting that info is like pulling teeth. On the day I'm supposed to start cranking out the pages. And now I get to redo the sizing of 50-some pages. Grrr.
So yeah, um, if I'm a little late in responding to meetup-related e-mails, I'm sorry. I don't want to take out my aggression on you. After work tonight, I will put out a mass e-mail of contact info, a map and stuff to everyone who sent me their e-mail address. Anyone want to go get a martini for lunch? ;-)
So I'm working on a nifty map to help people get to the hotel and the Threadless spots. BUT I don't live there so I'm very dependent on the Chicago transit site.
