So recently at Threadless we started doing Trashic Thursday for the staff and friends, once a month we show a double feature of trashy-classics (trashic). So far we've shown No Retreat No Surrender and the Last
Dragon.







And the next one we are doing a Dolph Double of I Come in Peace and Masters of the Universe.






So what are some crazy bad awesome movies you guys have seen? Any suggestion for future showings?

So tomorrow I am flying out to Vegas to meet my mom and sisters to drive back here to Chicago. According to my mom we will be going to "Denver...and uh, Utah?". Any cool places I should check out? I like food, toys, comics, records, and thrift stores!

Hey, has anyone out there gotten the You Are Awesome cards with gift cards inside? We in the warehouse and customer service have been randomly throwing them in orders and sending them out. The warehouse has been having a lot of fun with these writing long messages or drawing crazy pictures inside. I know we had someone blog about one.

Hey, so I have this weird blog that I started in college and kinda keep out with now and then. It was a class project that started out with me mailing sweaters to people, having them take pictures in it, and then sending them to other to repeat. The problem was, I lost most of the sweaters. So I started taking them around and having interesting people take pictures in them.

Now I have this tumblr, which I like a lot because you can follow and see who follows you. But it's ugly. Any ideas of how I can make it visually more exciting? Or the layout better?

So after 5 and half years of dating my best friend, he asked me to marry him (in the best way possible, he wrote a song with a band we went on a rock n' roll cruise to see). It's been a long journey for us. We dated long distance for 3 years while we were in college, lived in 3 different cities together, had people try to break us up, I helped him discover that he is not a cat person but a dog person when I talked him into getting a corgi, he helped me come out of my shell, and we've accumulated a pretty intense movie and record collection.

Mentally, we are totally ready to get married. Financially, we are not. But Nick found this Crate and Barrel wedding contest. So I figured if you guys enjoy voting on things on websites, maybe you could vote for us on this. The winner gets $100, 000 for their wedding. I know, it's kinda gross. But you better believe we would have the coolest, quirkiest wedding. As I said in the title, it's part food drive, part pub-crawl, and part costumed race. 4 of the guy in the warehouse and myself are really interested in participating this year, and we wanted our theme to be He-man. So far we have decided to be He-Man, Beast Man, Orko, Man-At Arms and Skeletor. And our cart with be Battle Cat. The only problem is, none of us have ever made costumes before. Any ideas to help us get started or even go about making these crazy things?
