This reminds me of the cover of a novel... "Town House" by Tish Cohen. They are significantly different since theres a car instead of a van, and there's only one row of houses, but still, similar style and concept. It's a good book too :)
I'm not putting down the design though, I absolutely love it and wish the girly tee was on a different colour.
