I don't understand. the submission showed the design on heather grey. why are you surprised?

True, but the way heather grey is shown in the submissions is kind of misleading.



Since we only see a solid grey on screen, if you weren't paying attention, or if you'd never downloaded the template yourself, you might not realize that solid grey = heather grey until/if a particular shirt was actually printed.



I think Threadless should update their template to properly represent the speckled ugly mess that is heather grey. Maybe then fewer designers/voters would be choosing it.

I move to eliminate heather grey, fuckin hate that color, it screws up so many great designs. I've got a few shirts that are just on plain old grey and they're perrrrfect.



Heather grey, it's what we wore in middle school gym class!!!! (4 US residents only... maybe?)
