Anyways, my last movie purchased was Hot Fuzz and I give it a 4 for being hilarious, but after a second time watching it, it kinda got old already.

Also, tracerbullet, u were right about Rush Hour 3. It was funny, but it was definitely the worst out of all the three. Brett Ratner cant end anything right.

Last movie I bought was 'Drop Dead Fred' and I didn't really buy it.. Mum did.

I would rate it 3 'cos it wasn't as good as I remembered it. I loved it as a kid.

Last movie I bought was High School Musical *blush*

I totally loved it and really wanted to buy it so I could watch it over and over. I would give it a 4.5 or a 5 because I love it for the corniness and also because me and my friends like to try and count and see who can find the most sexual references. Because we're cool like that :P

Last cinema movie was the Simpson's Movie. Biggest Let Down I can think of. Seriously I would probably give it a 1, just to be on the generous side.

Simpsons Movie wasn't that bad. They had to appeal to as wide an audience as possible so they opted for the slapstick gags rather than the subtler, cleverer ones.

Not great, but no worse than some of the more recent episodes.

Needed more Lenny.

I haven't watched many recent episodes but it was way worse then the older episodes.

I felt so ripped off, there were episodes that were way more funny then what was in that movie.

I understand they had to appeal to as wide an audience as possible, but I feel in doing so they appealed to no one (well no one I know anyway). I thought it was a really poor effort and was disappointed.

Like I said, it was no worse than some recent episodes... which are much worse than most older episodes.

Either way I don't care about the recent episodes. It's been how many years in the making?

Basically I was disappointed and rate it lowly to portray my level of disappointment. Clearly my expectation levels for the movie were too high. My disappointment is evidence of that. And my low rating is evidence of my disappointment.

I could continue crapping on in this vicious cycle but the point I'm trying to make is.

Watched: Stardust - I really liked it, but my cinema-picky and neil gaiman obsessive best friend didn't think too much of it. It's a pretty classic story, really.
Bought: Black Snake Moan. Here's one we both loved - if you're a Samuel L. Jackson fan at all then you should definitely watch this.

OMG Superbad was awesome. I highly recommend that you guys see it, but with someone other than your parents, unless you have cool parents
