They are going to be ridiculously (RIDICULOUSLY) priced very soon. You'll want to make sure you're good to checkout before someone else buys them out from under you. Just saying'

I plan to wear a diaper while trying to break the world tee shirt wearing record. Any suggestions on a nice high quality adult diaper that can hold up even after 3-4 urinations? I think I can hold any poop so I don't have to worry about that.

Folks,

Events
This just got REAL. We're renting out a huge event space right next to the Threadless warehouse so we can host allllll kinda of amazing festivities.

Festivities Foolz!!!!

We've got design presentations lined up by sonmi, pilihp & alexmdc along with an event collab tee designed by them. Our screenprinter pals will each give a presentation describing their printing methods. Games will be played! Surprises will be revealed (and prizes, too)! Records will be broken! (By yours truly, I will attempt a "most tees worn" world record during the meetup)! :) ... Karaoke will be sung! And much much more!

We have room for about 200 people now! We're letting all of you amazing bloggers know first and will be posting the invite around on our facebook and such starting Monday. So get in there and RSVP, you've got the first dibs!

There are two main things that happened with this whole ordeal that have really made me think. I'd love to get some ideas from you all on how we can deal with these problems.

1) It's really hard for Threadless to print timely designs in a timely manner. 3KCM was timely in that we needed to print the shirt while the energy/excitement for it was still there. This also applies to tees about current events or situations, tees that may have to do with an upcoming holiday (tons of halloween shirts get submitted right before halloween) ... when we immediately know we have a winner and need it to print asap for it to be successful, we need a way to be able to print that shirt fast. The scoring/notification/design queue/printing process makes that difficult.

2) The issue of Threadless promoting submissions that are in the running. 3KCM aside, this just made me think about how much it sucks that we can't show a window into the awesomeness that is happening with submissions without being unfair. It sucks that the only way for a newcomer to see all the amazing submissions buried on our site is to go through and score them all. It would be great if we could highlight some of the amazingness that gets submitted through our facebook and twitter or elsewhere. I think that if we could come up with a fair way to do this, it would also really help revitalize the scoring community... the barrier to begin scoring would be lessened if we highlighted fun designs to score regularly.

Anyway, thought I'd just raise up those 2 points for discussion. I think we found a few weaknesses in the Threadless format through this design and like the design or not, it really raises some good discussion points.

BTW, everyone hating on the artists needs to do some research... check out their work, they are amazing artists that no doubt have their finger on the pulse! http://www.oxenoxen.com/ (scroll right)

First of all, thanks for using Threadless! I spent many long, sleepless nights building this website! Shondi, my wife, is the best! Right now she is smiling like a little frog.

We live in Chicago and have 2 dogs, Norman and Sophie. We work together for skinnyCorp, a company Jacob and I started back in late 2000 along with this very site you're on right now, Threadless!

Since then, we've built all kinds of neat community driven websites and absolutely love doing it. Hoorah!
