Yeah... I'm guessing the 'lines' represent hills, I don't think there's anymore to it.
About the size: just note it's regular fit so just ordering your usual size should be fine.
The model could choose to wear a size which has a slimmer fit than that of what you would wear, so unless you want the size of the tee and the model's measurements I don't think your gonna be able to make anything of it :/
