The issue is the metal zipper. It's not as forgiving as our older plastic zippers were and is always breaking the screens. The last print we did broke 15 screens. Our printer is having a custom platform built that will fix this issue. Until then we have to have these unfortunate large gaps.

You are correct, Evan. That is a pretty horrible choice for the layout.
Almost every hoody I own is printed on the zipper, so I'm not sure why they chose to space it out so.
