@imxgine and @desert_rose11 - to answer the Star Trek questions, Spock does indeed quote this in the 2009 reboot, but he's also said it in the original series, prefacing it with, "as an ancestor of mine once said..." So it's a nod back to the original series in the new movie, which was then a nod back to Sherlock Holmes, but I've never been able to decide if Spock meant he was related to Conan Doyle or Holmes. Kinda hope it was Holmes! :)

@kwclaussen: there are tons of Sherlock Holmes shirts all over the place. There's one on Ript today, too. I'm not sure if you're specifically looking for 'Sherlock' the show or not. That's why I like this one: because it isn't specific to any particular version of Holmes.

@imxgine it may be but it was originally penned by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle in the Sherlock Holmes novel, the Sign of the Four.
