There is a translated PDF online [JEROME: LETTER 23 to EUSTOCHIUM (on Monastic Life) with the following translation:
"GRANDIS LABOR, sed grande praemium, esse quod Martyres, esse quod Apostoli, esse quod Christus est."
"To be as the martyrs, or as the apostles, or as Christ, involves a hard struggle, but brings with it a great reward."
So...it looks like "hard struggle" or, I suppose, "great struggle." Not sure if there are any specific nuances for this shirt, but that seems to be a general translation.

Man, this is so effed. I was waiting until I got my paycheck to buy this since it was gonna be a special order, which I was assuming meant that they would be printed on the shirt per order or whatever, but when I finally got paid, it was sold out. Oh well, I'm sure it'll be brought back sometime in the future. Also, to everyone asking what 'Grandis Labor' means, I had no clue, but all I did was type it into Google Translate and I figured that it was in Latin. It means: 'a great effort.'
